Advances are non- refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or non-arrival of guest. Postponement of booking date will be treated as a cancellation and normal reservation and cancellation terms will apply.
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance equivalent to one third of the total charge for the period of stay. Subject to minimum charge for one day.
Cancellation policy
50 % Cancellation charge if 72 hours before check-in date.
75 % cancellation charge if 48 hours before check in date.
100 % Cancellation charge if within 48 hours of check in date.
